Rust never sleeps, and it hides, in this case, behind the fender flares on 3 of 4 flare locations, totally unknown to owner.

Front two cab mount bolts, notice how rust has fused elements of the former cab mount, and any washers to the bolt. The bolts are impossible to find short of having them manufactured, but, I was able to recondition these and shot peen them for strength, and clean them up.
This section of floor is not manufactured, using remnants of the new right hand side floor as the right hand side needed only a small section of new floor. This side is all custom fabrication.
After media blasting, after powder coating in its original gray color, and with new rubber on all 5 wheels!
